"Insurance has always been incredibly confusing for me, but Robin was extremely helpful. She spoke to me in a manner that was respectful, but also at a level that I was able to understand. I felt much more comfortable asking questions once I knew that the person I was with wasn’t judging how much I previously knew about insurance but was focused on helping me learn. If you’re unfamiliar with insurance and nervous to meet with someone to discuss it, I highly recommend going to Jeff Felix State Farm!!"

"What a great insurance company. Every time I have any questions or need something changed they are right there for me. I unfortunately was involved in an accident this year. When I called to tell my agent the first words were “are you ok”. The car was fixed perfectly all the while the agency calling to make sure I knew they were concerned and were on top of the repairs being done. I send as many referrals to them as possible."
